On August 29, 1938, Mildred Imogene Anderson, was born to Lillie Bell Anderson and Ellis Samson.
She was raised in Inkster, Michigan. She confessed Christ at an early age and attended various churches. Mildred attended various churches. Mildred attended Inkster Public Schools, graduating from Inkster High School in 1956. She later attended Wayne County Community College and Dorsey Business Institue. She received her Associate Degree in General Studies.
She was employed at Wayne County General Hospital and later at Northville State Hospital until her retirement. Mildred enjoyed traveling, reading, gardening, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. She was also a worthy Matron of Leah #43 order of the Eastern Star Prince Hall Affiliated.
She departed this life on October 28, 2023. She leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Dewayne Anderson; two daughters, Elaine Paul and Linda Anderson; one aunt, Lorine Holmes; one niece, Tish Springer and her son DeShawn Roland; grandchildren: Abdul-Rahman (Tifffany), Quran-Rhaman, Zakiyyah, and Bilal (Unique); and a host of relatives and friends. Family that preceded her in death: mom Lillie Anderson, daughter: Dearlene Anderson and brother, Euegene Anderson.
