Darryl Lynn Gray, Jr.

 Darryl carried unique passions in life. He was an ardent player of video games and took delight in indulging in his lavorite foods especially Nachos and a lot of Frank's Red Hot Sauce. He loved to make people laugh. The color Green held a special place in his life.

Although Darryl moved across the country from his home state, he was really big on family.

He made sure that he was in contact with his family every chance he got.

Darryl was a loving person who cared about each and every person he knew.

He was a man characterized by a loving. happy and thoughtful demeanor.

Darryl attended Perfecting Church under the leadership of Bishop Marvin Winans, as child he was baptized and saved in Jesus name. He was very dedicated to his relationship with the Lord. Darryl carried his spiritual walk in his heart. His legacy. " Live your life trusting God Darryl would always pray for everyone. even as a child he would walk up to strangers, family an Iriends and ask if he could pray for them. He even asked the doctors at the hospital it he could pray for them, and while he wasnt feeling well he would start praying for all the patients in the hospital and everyone else before he prayed for himsell.

On July 30. 2023 God called him home. The last word he said was Jesus, Jesus. Jesus belore he peacelully transitioned into eternal life. He was surrounded by his mother, Kena Gray and his fiancé Jocelyn Brown.

One of the most valuable virtues that Darryl left behind is to treat people as one would like to be treated. His lile was a testimony to this principle and will lorever be engraved in the hearts of those who knew him.

Darryl is reunited with his Great Grandmother, Annabelle Palmer, Grandlather Clearance Gray St. Grandmother Sadie E. Gray, unoles, aunt, cousins and his best lriend Tony Cochrana.
