Corey E. Armbrister was born on November 15, 1972, to Elise and Clyde Armbrister in Detroit, Michigan. In (year of high school), Corey attended Detroit Public Schools and Lutheran Schools. He later went on to attend college (in Technology) and the police academy.
Corey was resilient, dedicated and devoted to his family, his friends and working. He was a respected security professional, working at Delta Airlines for 29 plus years. He also served with unwavering dedication for the Detroit Lions, Delta Airlines, Grammy Awards, BET Awards and being a Polica Officer. His commitment toto ensuring the safety of others was truly unparalleled.
While Corey did not have children of his own, his love for family was evident in every aspect of his life. He cherished his relatives and embraced them as his own, fostering a bond that was enduring and genuine. Corey's warmth and compassion made him a beloved member of his family, and his presence brought joy countless gatherings and cherished moments.
Throughout his life, Corey demonstrated the true essence of a hardworking man. His diligence and perseverance in his career earned him the respect of colleagues and the gratitude of those he protected. Corey's dedication to his profession and the values he upheld were a source of inspiration to all who know him.
On July 17, 2023 our King Mr. Corey Eric Armbrister was called home. He joins his father (Clyde Armbrister), grandmother (Grace Galbreath), uncle (Gorden Killins), and cousin (Renata Killins).
Corey leaves to cherish his everlasting memories with his family: mother (Elise), sister (Deanna), niece (Breia), nephews (Corey & Joshua), aunt (Renee) and a host of relatives and friends.
