Signature Starters

Original Recipe Secret Sauce                                                                             Market Price

Sweet, spicy, zesty and tart - put this sauce on everything. Born Tuesday, December 19th to Rita (Smith) McClary and Sherman Hadley in Garden City Michigan, Alaysia's secret sauce included ingredients from her grandparents Ted (Rest in Heaven) and Gloria Wright, who helped raise her from a young age.

Red Hot Honey Dip                                                                                           Market Price

Warm and savory with a tangy finish. Alaysia met her honey dip, Willis Jones while working at Grupo Antolin in Canton, MI. They quickly began building a life together with her daughter Journee and stepson Jayden, and soon welcomed daughters Madiison and Bailee. She was very proud to be called Mrs. Jones -- she and Willis were truly made for each other, complimenting each other in every way and committed to living up to their JusUs brand.

Lay-Lay's Village Gumbo                                                                                  Market Price

Served family style with all of the fixins. If you knew Alaysia, you know that she loved and lived for her family. They say it takes a village, but Alaysia WAS the village - 6 siblings, 9 aunties and uncles, 7 nieces and nephews, and many, many cousins all bonded to Alaysia's open and welcoming spirit. And she was the surrogate mom to a whole generation of younger cousins who turned to her for advice, comfort, venting or whatever it took to get through the going through.

Alaysia's Friendship Bread                                                                                Market Price

A towering stack with generous portions- something for everyone. Charming, approachable, and oozing a positive energy that drew people to her like bees to honey, Alaysia was always surrounded by friends and loved ones. To be in her circle was truly a blessing as she was the ultimate ride-or-die --loyal, fearless and always ready.

Nicknamed Pit' by her sister Renata, she was equally fierce and charming, which is why so many were lucky to call her 'friend.'

Main Course

Mrs. Jones Hot Pot                                                                                            Market Price

Prepared to order with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Throughout Alaysia's remarkable journey, she was forever pushing boundaries to express her creativity. She could sing, dance, paint and build. If she could conceive it, she would try it. But what she enjoyed most was cooking. If you were lucky enough to grab an order of whatever she was cooking, you might end up licking the plate.

Blayper's Catch of the Day                                                                                  Market Price

Something to please every palate --satisfaction guaranteed. Born with an insatiable curiosity and an undying passion for something new and different, Alaysia pushed boundaries of the ordinary at every opportunity. Alaysia's hair color changed with her mood, which was often, and a testament to her free spirit. She had a boldness to her that could be all at once both inspiring and scary. Even "low energy" Alaysia challenged you to move outside of the box and leap head first into something bold and daring. She truly had a way of touching the lives of all who crossed her path.

Bigs Fluff's Mixed Grill                                                                                         Market Price

Make your last bite is just as good as your first. Alaysia cherished nothing more than family - she poured into her beautiful girls and cherished her stepson as her own. Alaysia had an incredible ability to bring people together with her smile and kind heart. Her abiding love created a space where love knew no bounds. Whether it was cooking her signature dishes or organizing the afterparty for family gatherings, she made every family moment special and filled with joy. Alaysia will be forever missed and always remembered for the love she had for her daughters, and for being an inspiration to us all.
