Sharon Maples was born on October 10-15-1954 to Mary Davidson and the late James Maples in Detroit, MI
Sharon better known as Candy loved to skate, she attended Tappen Jr. High and Mackenzie High school in Detroit, Michigan. After graduation Candy attended Washtenaw Community College earning her Bachelors degree. Candy was baptized in the Church of Christ by the late Robert Burke at Carlyse, in 1981
Candy worked at the work shop with children until retiring.
Later on in life Candy gave birth to two children Tony Lamar Maples who preceded her in death, and Ashley T. McClain of Inkster, MI. Afterward Ashley gave her the twinkly in her eye a granddaughter, Ka'Mor. This was Nanas Baby.
Our hearts wasn't ready but on Sunday April 5, 2020 @ 7:59am, Candy received her wings!
Candy's legacy is deeply felt by her daughter, Ashley, grand daughter Ka'Mor Murray, her mother Mary Davidson, Step mother Zenobra Maples of Beaumount, Texas. Sisters Kathryn Maples (Sue), and Vivian Maples Pitternelle (Coffey) nieces & nephews, a host of great Nieces and Nephew, Aunts & Uncles as well as friends and family.
Candys legacy would not be complete without mentioning her son Tony Lamar Maples, Father James Maples, Dad Larry Davidson Sr. her grandparents Roxie and Olden Medley and Alease Maples, her brothers, Harry, James Maples, and Larry Davidson Jr. who all preceded her in Death.
