Sandra McCaster

Sandra Ataris McCaster was born on January 20th in Atmore, Alabama to the late, Miller and Ethel McCaster. Sandra accepted Christ at a young age. She was a member of Lighthouse Apostolic Holiness Church in Atmore, Alabama. Sandra graduated from Escambia County High School in 1982. She later relocated to Michigan (Detroit) in the late 80's where she attended Preston & Anna Beauty School. Sandra furthered her career as a certified pharmacy technician at Detroit Riverview hospital for 10 years, then moving to Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital until her health started to fail.

Sandra enjoyed singing, and most of all dancing. She loved her family and friends very much. She was feisty and loving at the same time. She was always the life of the party. She loved her grandchildren, they were her life.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Navarsha Godette (Melton Godette Jr.), 3 beautiful grandchildren, Madison, Matthew, and Mason Godette. Her fiancé Keith Cooper, 7 sisters, Margaret Burney (Randy), Maxine Johnson, Frances Nowling (Fred), all from Connecticut, and Wanda Finklea (Curtis), Southfield, MI.
