With heartfelt honor, we celebrate the life and legacy of our dear loved one, who ws a true general in the Kingdom of God, a loving father, brother, cousin and grandfather. Robert Lee began his relationship with Christ at Dexter Avenue Chruch. He loved to sing and her served faithfully as a member of the Male chorus. His walk witfg God lead him to Word of Faith Church where he served until his health failed.
Robert Lee Fenderson was born in Cincinatti, Ohio to parents, Margaret Braden and Mose Fenderson on November 6,1942. He passed away on Sunday, July 18 at 4:00a.m. During his early years, Robert Lee lived with his grandmother in Adrian, Michigan. He moved to Detroit after a few years to live with his father and other siblings and his mothe of the heart, Olivia.
Robert Lee graduated from Robichaud High School. His father instilled in him the importance of working and he enjoyed several jobs until he became disabled. He worked for GTE Gas, General Motors and ARA Food Services. In later years, he also worked for Word of Faith Church as caretaker. Robert Lee was always a supporter of hope, dignity and freedom, with a keen sense of family histor.
He was married to Ora Leonard and God blessed their family with 3 wonderful boys. Robert Lee was preceded in death by his father; Mose, and his mother Margaret.
Those who remain to herish precious memories his mother of the heart, Olivia Fenderson, sons, Chino, Antonio and Dorian Fenderson.
