Rhonda Rusan Obituary
Rhonda Yvonne Rusan w3as born on October 30th, 1961, in Wayne, Michigan to the Union of Dorothy and Ronald Rusan.
Rhonda received Christ at an early age at Romulus Community Baptist Church. She later placed her membership at Christian Life Center under the leadership of Pastor Henry J. Healey. Rhonda attended Romulus Public Schools and graduated from Romulus Senior High School in 1979. While in high school she received her cosmetology license. She enjoyed doing all aspects of hair and worked in numerous salons. Rhonda never met a stranger. She later added another career path with National/Alamo Rental car and retired after 22 years of service in 2020.
Rhonda enjoyed spending time with family, especially her two children, Jason and LaRhonda, her brother Tommy, close friends, and classmates. She loved all types of music, tv shows, dancing, concerts, you name it she did it all. Rhonda was the life of the party. Everybody loved her and she loved everybody.
On Friday, July 2nd, 2022, Rhonda made her transition when the Lord called her to her heavenly home.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Russan, grandparents, five aunts, and six uncles.
Rhonda leaves to cherish her memory, her children Jason and LaRhonda Rusan, four grandchildren, her mother Dorothy and stepfather George Green Jr., brother Thomas Rusan, two stepbrothers, two stepsisters, two aunts, Esther Fowler and Rachel Darthard, two special cousins, Erica (CaCa) and Holly (Boo), host of nephews, cousins, friends, and Romulus Class of 1979.
