May 2,1950 in Tacoma, Washington, RaGena was the second child born to the proud parents of Kenneth and LaGretta Boyce. Both parents preceded her in death.

Ragena was very proud to be a continuous member of Holy Family Catholic Church (the same church where her parents were members) and after closing actively joined St. Mary Catholic Church and attended mass as often as she could.
Ragena transitioned home on 12/28/2018. She leaves to cherish her loving son
