Pro Williams Obituary
Pro L. Williams was born on July 20, 1950 to the late Bobbie Jean Clarke and David Williams in Corsicana, Texas. He was the oldest of 5 children.
As a young teen, Pro moved to Detroit, Michigan where he met the love of his life, Shirley King. They were united in holy matrimony on October 21, 1971. Pro and Shirley were blessed with two children, Larry and Jessica.
Pro was a very loving man and was ALWAYS willing to extend a helping hand. He loved to travel and he loved his family with all he had. Over the years Pro became an ice cream man and immediately realized that was his passion. He wasn't just a typical ice cream man who drove around the neighborhood, he was at all the summer festivities in the neighborhood. He even did private events such as birthday parties and graduations. He was affectionately known as Mr. P.
Many loved ones proceeded Pro in death, his parents: Bobbie Jean and David, father-in-law: Matthew King Jr., one sister: Davina J. Wamble, two brother: Dwayne and Keith Williams, brother-in-law: Matthew King III and as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents.
To cherish and honor his life an memories are his loving wife, Shirley Williams, son, Pro Larius Williams II, daughter, Jessica Williams, sister, Crystal Clarke-Stokes, two granddaughters, Briana and Mariaha Williams, and a great-grandson, Brayden Williams affectinoately known as 3P. A mother-in-law, Jessie King, two sisters-in-law, Pamela King and Debra (Loren) Byrd, a very special niece, Alice Wamble, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends.
