Patricia Steel Obituary
Patricia Steel, was born October 5, 1963 to Roosevelt and Rosie Bowens. She attended Westwood Public Schools where she graduated from Robichaud High School in 1981.
At an early age Pat attended Amity Baptist Church where she served as a youth usher and choir member. Pat had so much love for family and friends. People always teased her because of her ability to reach out to anyone and say to them, "Hey do I know you?"
On October 5, 1981 (her birthday) she married the love her life, Kevin Steel and to this union two children were born, Takyra Myesha Steel and Kevin Eugene Steel.
Pat had a great love for working with the youth and fellowshipping with others at her church. At the time of her passing, she was employed at Service Learning Academy School District. She also attended Greater Works Deliverance Ministries International, Inc. where she was a faithful member and served as an usher.
Pat departed this life on Sunday, October 14, 2018. In addition to her father, Roosevelt Bowens, her husband Kevin Steel also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter Takyra Myesha Steel; son Kevin Eugene Steel II; five grandchildren, Tyeice, Tajuan, Arrion, Zander, Izayah; a loving mother, Rosie Eaddy; sister Pamela Harris, mother-in-law, Norma Armstrong; sister-in-law, Tonya Alexander (Ronald) and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
