Nadine Joyce Kennedy was born on September 19, 1956, the fifth of nine children born to the union of Louise Pope Hall and William Hall Sr.
Nadine attended Peterson-Warren Academy as a youth, but graduated from high school at Cedar Lake Academy (now Great Lake Adventist Academy) in Cedar Lake, Michigan in 1974. She attended Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan, attaining her Cosmetology and Legal Secretary certifications.
Nadine Kennedy worked at Michigan Bell for five years and the Mooney Law Firm in Detroit, Michigan for ten years. After proving to be a tremendous asset at the Ford Motor Company for over twenty years, Nadine retired from the workforce.
Nadine had an incredible love for Christ and was baptized at young age at the Sharon Seventh Day Adventist Church, where she remained an active member for the rest of her life. With a love for the youth in her church, Nadine die all that she could to support them with their activities. She provided sponsorship and helped to lead, at various points, the Pathfinder Club, Special Drill Team, Christian Basketball League Cheerleading Squad, Youth Choir, Sign Language Choir, Missionary Volunteers and more.
Nadine married late in life to Sequoia Kennedy, who preceded her in death.
Nadine departed this life on Saturday, September 28, 2019. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and brothers: Charles, Frederick (Rosa), and Timothy.
Nadine will be forever remembered by her daughter, Tiffany McFarland (Robert), granddaughters, Yvonne McFarland and Ysabella Pierce, and siblings: Elizabeth Middlebrook (Donald-deceased), William Hall (Poala), Debra Mahfoud (Mohamad), Pamela Brooks, and Theodore Hall. She will never be forgotten by her uncle, Andrew Donald, her nieces and nephews: William Hall III, Terrance Hale, Tadarial Hale, Felicia Middlebrooks, Marie Hall, Christopher Middlebrooks (Apollonia), Chandra Hall, Steven Anderson, Channon Hall, Timothy Hall Jr., Delynn Hall, Monique Hall, Jaylyn Hall, Tiesha Hall, Gabrielle Hall, Tadazjha Hall, Christina Hall, and Tolanda Hall, her godchildren, and a host of cousins and friends.
