Lorrell Sharpley

Lorrell Patricia Sharpley was born on September 16, 1942 to the late William and Gladys Talbert. She was the third of four children. Lorrell was educated in the Inkster Public Schools System where she graduated in 1960. After graduation she attended Clearly College in Ypsilanti, MI and from there she was a receptionist for OB/GYN Dr. Nash. Upon leaving Dr. Nash's practice she began working for JGS Hauling where she met the love of her life Harvey Sharpley.

Harvey and Lorrell were inseparable and married in April of 1970. From this union she was blessed with her one and only son Terrance "Terry" Sharpley, which she was dedicated and caring mother.

Lorrell attended The Lutheran Church Of Our Savior in Westland, MI where she dedicated her life to The Lord in service to the church. She worked tirelessly as a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School teacher, and served on the ladies' Guild for many years.

Her parents and her brothers, Harold and Wilfred, preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and faithful husband Harvey and devoted and loving son Terrance. Her loving sister Carolyn (Narvelus) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
