Horace Rowe

Horace Rowe was born in Albany, Georgia to mother Maxie Bell-Davison and Frank Rowe preceded him in death, so he moved to Detroit in 1970, worked for Chrysler and retired after 27 years. Later moved to Inkster where he met the Powels took him as their family and her worked at the restaurant Democos from there Saint Kennedy Halls Agape Cares he never wanted to sit, he had to stay bust and always stated he was original gangster and wanted to be called Rowe. He met the love of his life Venita Oneal, cherished 23 together. Joined by their his stepson Darnell Oneal, Cortez Oneal, Willie Oneal , he loved all of them as his own. He always said mines.
