Fannie Marie Bailey Neece was born on March 4,1945 in Leighton, Alabama to the late Geneva and Eddie Bailey. She was the third of ten children. Fannie attended Inkster Public Schools. She accepted Christ at an early age. Fannie later joined Greater First Baptist Church under the direction of the late Pastor W. Goode. She was a faithful and dedicated Evangelist and Usher.
Fannie was united in holy matrimony to Hurley Neece on July 10,1965. She is affectionately known as Mom, Grandma, Sista Niecy, and Auntie. Fannie unconsciously touched the hearts of many through her patience, kindness, and giving heart. She enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, reading the Bible, attending Church, working as a grandma in the classroom, and helping her family in any way possible.
