Brenda Sage Obituary
Brenda Adams Sage was born on December 7th, 1951, at Beyer Memorial Hospital in Ypsilanti, Michigan to late Ardis and Dorothy Adams.
Brenda was baptized at an early age at Second Baptist Church in Inkster, MI by Pastor S.L. Hampton. Brenda went to live with her aunt Alice McKinney who raised her and sent to Inkster Public Schools. After graduating from Inkster High School, Brenda then continued her education at Michigan State University in Lansing Michigan where she graduated with a degree in Sociology. Shortly after graduation Brenda started working for the State of Michigan and continued her career there until her happy retirement.
Brenda enjoyed traveling and visiting family and friends. She was very encouraging and supportive of her family and made it a priority to plan and attend as many family events as possible.
Brenda was blessed to find and marry the love of her life, Alexander Edward Sage, and they resided in Southfield, MI. Alex preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by her two sisters Nancy Adams and Stephanie Adams Robinson. She leaves to cherish her memory 5 brothers, Adris, Reginald, James, Kelvin and Lawrence; 3 sisters Doris, Rosemary, and Marlene; God children Ashley, Shakayla and Jaylan along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
