Annie Head Obituary
Annie Mae Head was born July 6, 1935 in Augusta, Georgia to Johnnie and Willie Mae Booker. She was the third oldest of eleven children. She was baptized at an early age.
She attended the Inkster Public Schools. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
She worked in the medical field at Wayne Living Center until she retired in 1997 and started working as a housekeeping manager at Days Inn until 2007.
She enjoyed fishing, watching Days Of Our Lives, she loved her dog and loved being around her family and she loved dog Soaps. Annie was a loving mother, grandmother, and great friend.
Annie departed this life on August 24, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Head; six sisters, two brothers and one great-granddaughter, Dream.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons: Lugene Booker (Inkster, MI) and Melvin Owens (Detroit, MI.); five grandchildren, Broderick, Victoria, Gabriel, Destiny, and Kayla; one sister, Pearl (Edward) Ellis; one brother, Johnnie (Darlene) Booker and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
