Richardann Lumpkin was born om July 13, 1944 in Jackson, Mississippi the second child of Richmond and Agnes Fizer Willis. She remained in Jackson under the care of her grandmother Fizer and aunt Ethel Fizer until school age while her parents came to Michigan seeking employment.
When she reached school age, she and her aunt moved to Inkster, Michigan living with her parents. She attended Inkster Public Schools from 1949 until her senior year.
Richardann married Eddie Colquitt in 1964 and to this union three children were born. Eddie Jr., Richard, and Monay completed this family unit which lived in Inkster.
She joined Christ Temple Church at an early age and professed her faith in God. She was a faithful member until her death. After her marriage to Robert Lumpkin they moved to Westland where she lived until her death.
Richardann was preceded in death by her parents Richmond and Agnes Willis, beloved aunt, Ethel Fizer, her first husband Eddie Colquitt Sr., and second husband Robert Lumpkin, second son, Richard Colquitt and daughter Monay, and brother James Willis and two brother-in-laws; Jimmy Colquitt and Richard Colquitt, and nephew James Alex Willis.
On Tuesday, she transitioned to her heavenly home leaving to mourn her passing her eldest son Eddie Colquitt Jr. (Sandra), grandchildren Jasmine, Eddie Colquitt III, Jujuan Whitlow (Richard) and Calvin Mitchell Jr. (Monet), step grandchildren Anthony Foster, Takia, and Dante Harden. She is also survived by two dear sister-in-laws Betty Nolan (Charles) and Bertha Hargress, niece Shonda, several great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, other relatives and friends.
