Regina Watkins Obituary
Ms. Regina Lynn Watkins was given her wings unexpectedly on March 31, 2018 at her home with her son Calvin Salters in Inkster, Michigan.
Regina was born December 14, 1953 in Allegan, Michigan to Donna J. Wilson and Howard J. Salters. She was the oldest of four children. Regina graduated from Southwestern High School.
Regina knew and loved God at an early age. She received her hair license in the 1980's where she had the gheri curl on lock (lol).
Regina is now home with her son "M", her mom, father, grandmother (Beatrice), husband (Sam), cousin (Scott), and brother (Boobi).
Regina leaves to cherish her loving memory two (2) sons, Calvin Salters and Khafra Chapple; her one and only daughter, Sonya Chapple; two (2) sisters, Linda Hunt and Yvonne Herron (Percy); two (2) aunts, Mable Salters and Barbara Pratt; and one uncle, Norman Salters. Regina has sixteen (16) grandchildren, Sade, Kevin, Lil' "M", Ne-Ne, Tito, Poowee, Kaveo, Meechie, Pooh-man, Kario, Kobe, Te-Te, JJ, Tah-Tah, Tavi, and Tori; eight (8) great-grandchildren, Taliyah, Kiley, KJ, King Khalil, Baby Will, Adonis, and Khari; two (2) nieces, Nikki and Retisa; two (2) nephews, Darrius and Courtney; two (2) great-nieces and nephews that she adored, Kayshawn and Kaylen; her best friend/sister, Barbara Williams; two (2) goddaughters, Pam and Carolyn, and a host of special cousins, friends and relatives who she loved and adored.
